Yoga Classes

I normally teach in Ealing and West Ealing (W13, W5) but I am also available for private classes in your office or home, just get in touch.

DYNAMIC HATHA

In these fun and informal classes we combine the traditional Hatha postures with a dynamic element that creates vitality and spontaneity.

MUM AND BABY YOGA

These classes are perfect to get your postnatal body back in shape and bond with your baby at the same time. The class includes relaxation for mother and baby, breathing for mum and yoga poses for mother and baby.

• Thursdays 2:00 to 3:00pm
Where: My cosy yoga loft in W13
Cost: £40 for 5 consecutive classes or £9 drop in.

PREGNANCY YOGA

Fantastic to keep a toned body during pregnancy and to prepare body and mind for the birth of your baby. Classes are limited to 6 students and are very intimate, you will have the chance to meet other pregnant ladies and share your feelings. All equipment is provided.

TODDLERS YOGA

Enjoy a fun yoga class with your toddler! An interactive class (for both toddler and adult) based on yoga shapes, games, sounds and movement which helps develop awareness, co-ordination, creative expression and motor skills. This class is taught by me and another lovely local yoga teacher, Johanna, on alternate weeks.

• Fridays 10:45 to 11:20am
Please note no class on Friday the 29th March

Cost: £5 drop in

What do the classes cover?

  • Relaxation and yogic breathing
  • Asana (yoga postures) and micro movements technique
  • Tuning your body techniques
  • Basic pranayama (breath control)

  • The classes are suitable for anyone with an interest in yoga.
    Yoga mats and all equipment are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing but not too baggy and try not eat before the practice.

    Please let me know if you have any specific health conditions such as high blood pressure, slip disk, recent surgeries, back pain, stress or any problems related to your pregnancy or delivery if you join the pregnancy or mum and baby classes.
