DYNAMIC HATHA

Fun and informal classes combining the traditional Hatha postures with a dynamic element that creates a lovely flow of vitality and spontaneity. You will feel healthy and refreshed!

YOGA COURSES

Six week courses to get your yoga foundations. These courses are great for beginners but also for anyone who would like to learn more about yoga as a whole system and includes asana and alignment, pranayama, yoga philosophy and meditation techniques.

PREGNANCY YOGA

Pregnancy yoga is the best tool to keep a toned body during pregnancy and to prepare body and mind for the birth of your baby.

POSTNATAL AND MUM & BABY YOGA

These classes are specifically designed for your postnatal body and are perfect to get back in shape safely and bond with your baby. The class is very relaxed and is designed for both mum and baby.

KIDS YOGA

Enjoy a fun yoga class with your toddler! An interactive class (for both toddler and adult) based on yoga shapes, games, sounds and movement which helps develop awareness, co-ordination, creative expression and motor skills.
