"We loved the relaxed and joyful atmosphere of the mum and baby yoga. Sayaka enjoyed sensory stimulation and movement while I enjoyed postnatal yoga and relaxation. Yoga after delivery
Postnatal yoga is specifically designed for your postnatal body. It’s a gentle way to lead muscles, organs and tendons back to their normal positions and size and also a great way to relax and recuperate.

Postnatal yoga can be practiced with your newborn baby and this is a great way to take care of yourself and bond with your baby at the same time.

Benefits of yoga for babies
During a mum and baby class we will practice yoga for babies, gently leading babies into yoga positions, which help them have a sense of their body and also alleviate some common complaints such as wind, colic, constipation and fussiness.

Yoga will help your baby to get to know their body and feel more comfortable with it and, as they develop, will help with their mobility and coordination.

Inversions will help to unravel their spine, gentle twists and work on their tummy will help with their digestion, manipulation of their toes and fingers will stimulate their immune system, rotations will help their hips development and also the sounds in the class will grasp their attention and help them to start to focus.

Yoga is a great gift for you and your baby!
